Salvation Army Mess Maker Returns to Jail

Last week she was in trouble for making a mess at the La Crosse Salvation Army. Doesn’t seem like she’s in much better shape this week. La Crosse cops say they arrested 22 year-old Heather Voeller on Saturday in a vacant home on the city’s southside. Just one week-end after busting her and a guy for leaving a trail of feces inside the dormitory of the Salvation Army. Just like last week, cops say they found Voeller unconscious and drunk. Just like last week, they say she’d made a bit of a mess of herself. Just like last week, she did not go quietly when they arrested Voeller for trespassing. This week she got a little more violent about it, apparently. She’s also in trouble for trying to kick a cop.
