Small Light Leads to Larger Arrest
In the “how to be a drug dealer” handbook, there’s probably a part that deals with making sure all of your car lights are operational when you’re carrying. That’s the part, apparently, that 26 year-old Cyrus Compton didn’t read before taking a drive through La Crosse on Friday evening. Cops say they stopped him for having a license plate lamp out around ninth and King. After consenting to a search, cops found cocaine and marijuana ready for sale. They’ve arrested Compton for dealing both.
