The man who has been running Franciscan Skemp in LaCrosse will be moving to Rochester to head up all of Mayo Health System.   Dr. Robert Nesse will start his new job in June.  He has been serving as the president and CEO of the LaCrosse care provider since 2004.  He took his first job with Mayo in 1980.  He starts his new job in June.
