Campaign Violation Allegations Include New UW Regent from Onalaska

A newly appointed member of the UW board of regents is among those on a complaint filed by a watchdog group alleging campaign finance rules violations.  Gary Roberts from Onalaska, big contributor to Scott Walker, was recently appointed by the governor to a term on the board of regents.  According to a complaint filed by the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign, Roberts is one of 29 big donors in the state who violated the annual 10 thousand dollar limit for individual campaign donations.   Also on the list of those breaking the contribution limit, according to the group, Vicky Kunz from La Crosse, listed as a Kwik Trip employee.
