Environmental Groups Want PSC Policy Change on Incentives
Some bureaucracy is getting in the way of new, small-scale solar and wind projects in Wisconsin. At least a few environmentalists see it that way, criticizing the state’s public service commission for pushing forward a technicality that will mean no Focus on Energy incentives for solar and wind energy projects right now.
