Senator Mary Lazich has proposed changes to several of Wisconsin’s

election laws. One would make election workers record what type of documents voters use to prove residency when they register to vote. La Crosse County Clerk, Ginny Denkmeyer deciphers that change

Other proposed changes include requiring two poll workers of opposite partisan affiliation to secure ballot containers, require damaged ballots or other problem ballots to be marked uniformly and one would allow poll workers to serve in communities other than where they live.
