Police Dispense Party Advice

In advance of the inevitable Oktoberfest house parties that

begin next week-end, La Crosse police are distributing some info on potential consequences should those parties go awry.  Newly delivered door hangers give advice on how best to host a party, including serving only non-alcoholic beverages.  The flyers also list a litany of fines that could be incurred for specific alcohol offense and warn of university discipline should UWL students break any laws or let their parties get out of hand.
