Hiker Badly Hurt After Bluff Fall

A hiker has been badly injured after falling 70 feet from a bluff near Highway 16…

The La Crosse fire department says the man fell off a trail near Rim of the City Road, while hiking with friends early in the afternoon. Rescuers brought the man to the bottom of the bluff at Highway 16. His name has not been released, and we don’t know his condition. This accident comes less than a month after a female hiker was hurt in a fall on Grandad Bluff.
