Drunken Crash

Driving drunk on a Monday morning and crashing into parked cars pretty much

means your going to jail. That’s what a 22 year old Sparta woman found out yesterday.

Police say Grace Stabnow was driving with a B.A.C. of .20 Monday morning around 6 when she hit a parked car downtown. Stabnow left the scene and continued driving until the car wouldn’t go anymore. Police say they found the car up against the curb…..the front tires were flat and the front air bags had deployed.

Stabnow was cited for intoxicated driving, hit and run, operating without insurance and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration.
