Chancellor Also Looking for Answers After Week-end Car Flipping

The area around UW La Crosse could use a little clean-up after some wild Oktoberfest shenanigans this week-end, including three cars that got overturned in the area.  We asked UWL chancellor Joe Gow about the acts of vandalism

Gow says if UWL students are involved in any kind of criminal activity off of campus they can be subject to criminal charges and university discipline.
