Sex Offender Released in La Crosse

A man who targeted young children as his sexual assault victims is moving into the community, according to La Crosse police.  POlice have released their required notice about Thomas V. Drusch, a 58 year old who was convicted in 1986 of four counts of first degree sexual assault of a child.  They say he engaged in sex offenses with boys and girls under the age of 12.  Drusch has lifetime GPS tracking requirements but police list his address as simply “homeless.”
