Negotiated Plea in Works For Suspect In Alleged Day-Care Rape

A 19-year-old from La Crosse could plead guilty soon to a charge of molesting a young girl at a day care center operated in his family’s home…

The attorney for Timothy Miller Junior tells Judge Ramona Gonzalez that a negotiated plea is in the works.

Miller was arrested in March of this year, but police believe the alleged sexual assault occurred in 2010, when the victim was just four years old. The proposed agreement would recommend that Miller be put on probation.
