Police Still Investigating Car Tipping From Fest
La Crosse Police have not put aside the car tipping events from Oktoberfest 2013.
Captain Rob Lawrence says that incident should not cast a black eye on the Fest……as 99.999% of festers did not tips cars over the first weekend of Oktoberfest.
