Judge Pay Bump Debated

Not every member on the La Crosse city council will be keen on a plan to boost the pay of the municipal judge.  The full council will vote next week on increasing the position salary to 45 grand per year for the very part time job.  But council members from one committee already this week express skepticism.  Like David Krump

The municipal judge job currently pays over 37 thousand dollars though city ordinances say the job is only supposed to come with a salary of about 17 thousand.
