Reward Offered for Car Tipping

Police aren’t giving up on finding the vandals that tipped over cars for this year’s Oktoberfest in La Crosse.  Some fresh energy for that search comes from a couple of new rewards.  Oktoberfest and Western Technical College have pledged a thousand dollars each to locate the car tipping perps.  Rewards can be helpful for jogging a memory or two, says police sergeant Randy Rank

Three cars were tipped over late night on September 28th and early morning of the 29th in a college neighborhood.  No suspects have ever been identified.
