Pearl Street Brewery on the Move
Joe Katchever’s plans for worldwide domination have come that much closer to realization this week. Katchever, owner and brewmaster at Pearl Street Brewery in La Crosse, will see his beer on the shelves of stores in Minnesota starting this week. Katchever says he wanted to wait until he’d hit markets throughout Wisconsin before moving on
Pearl Street Brewery, which began in a basement on Pearl Street, will next year celebrate 15 years in business at its current digs in the old La Crosse Footwear factory.
