Last Week is Crunch Time for Lights Display
The pace is frantic now for volunteers getting the last bits ready for the Rotary Lights display in La Crosse’s Riverside Park. Just one week to go before the display opens. We talked to Jerome Gundersen at the Rotary Lights workshop. He’s getting a new, rotating globe display ready. But there’s other displays that are getting refreshed and ready, too
Rotary Lights is considered the biggest holiday lights display in the midwest. Since it began in 1995, the display has helped to gather over two million food items for local pantries.
