Consideration to Extend Rental Moratorium in La Crosse
Temporary doesn’t necessarily mean temporary. Not in La Crosse. The city council next week will consider extending the current temporary rental conversion moratorium indefinitely based on recommendations from a special committee. Basically a smackdown on individual property rights, according to landlord Jessica Olson
The current moratorium is set to expire next month on the 21st.
