Former Winona County Prosecutor New Job
Governor Scott Walker has appointed a former Winona County
prosecutor to serve as Washburn County District Attorney. Longtime prosecutor Tom Frost has served as special prosecutor in Washburn since Walker’s appointment of J. Michael Bitney to the Barron County Circuit Court. Frost worked as a prosecutor in Hennepin, Ramsey, and Winona Counties during his career. Frost recently taught at the National Center for Child Protection at Winona State University.
