Walker In La Crosse. Talks State of The State

Two states on opposite sides of the Mississippi are taking different

approaches to the economy this year. Minnesota raised taxes in 2013, while Wisconsin’s governor proposes tax cuts to deal with a large surplus.  Governor Scott Walker believes Minnesota lawmakers are having second thoughts about the increases they approved:

Speaking at the Xetex factory in La Crosse, Walker says his proposed tax breaks will help families and employers increase their spending, which could lead to more jobs in the state.
