Schultz Says Money Should Go To Propane Crisis

Wisconsin has a budget surplus? Republican Senator, Dale Schultz says he

knows where some of that money can go.

Wisconsin is short on propane. Propane usage is up 12% in Wisconsin after a late fall harvest and frigid winter temperatures. And Schultz feels it will get worse with more below temperature days ahead. No telling if the governor will throw some cash towards the situation though.
