Zabel Surprised At Smoking Grades

A lack of money from the state can be one reason that the American Lung

Association gave Wisconsin an F on quitting smoking programs on a recent report card. Judy Zabel is a health educator with the La Crosse County Health Department. She gave one example.

As for the rest of the grades…………Wisconsin gets an A for smoke free air and a B for cigarette taxes but an F for tobacco prevention and control program funding.
