Did He Smoke It Around The Kids?

A mother picking up her kids at their dad’s house in Sparta has led to

charges for the father. The mother of the kids called police believing her children were exposed to marijuana while at Dustin Walters house. The woman told cops she could smell pot when she picked up the 5 and 7 year olds.

Cops went to talk with the 24 year old Walters and also smelled dope. Walters told them that he had smoked some earlier, but not when the kids were around.

Walters was busted for having a small amount of pot and paraphernalia. Monroe County Human Services Child Protection was also told of the situation.
