Task Force Weighs In On Bonds

Will a La Crosse drug task force try to suggest changes in how local drug

suspects are treated in the courts? Members of the heroin task force are talking about the perception that drug dealers are put back on the street quickly after they’re arrested.  Committee co-chair Mike Desmond says people in the area are concerned:
