Two County Chase Leads to Arrest

 A De Soto woman, out on bond for theft and running from cops, is in more trouble after a week-end high speed chase.  Vernon county cops say 19 year-old Heidi Frawley led them on a high speed chase during a somewhat snowy Saturday morning.  They were just checking out a report of a suspicious vehicle when Frawley took off.  They say she drove through multiple towns, breaking all kinds of traffic laws, getting Crawford county deputies involved, until police finally put some spikes out, bringing Frawley to a stop in the town of Franklin.  Frawley should be in court today.
