Shelby Fire Victim Named

The La Crosse County Medical Examiner has identified the victim in the Town

of Shelby fire earlier this morning. The victim is 58 year old Nancy Fotland years old from La Crosse. The body has been taken to Dane County Medical Examiners for an autopsy.

The Town of Shelby Fire Department responded to the fire around 12:30 this morning at a trailer court off County Road F.

When fire fighters entered the home, they found Fotland on the floor in the hallway, and pronounced her dead at the scene. Cause of the fire still under investigation.
