Witness Directs Cops to Window Puncher
Walking home from a night of heavy drinking downtown can sometimes turn into an adventure. Or an arrest. Sometimes both. Like for 24 year-old Brad Neitzel who, police say, was stumbling home early Sunday morning in La Crosse in a predominantly college neighborhood. Followed by a witness who saw Neitzel punch out a big window in a laundromat, break another window in a car and then rip several screens in a building. Finally busted by cops. Neitzel’s damaged hand was patched up. He blew a .24 and then was busted on a couple of charges. Told cops he was trying to get into his apartment and really just wanted to go to bed.
