Low Income Advocates Ask for Help in Tax Cut Decisions

Not really part of the Walker tax cut plans in Madison, but advocates for the poor say it should be.  Jon Peacock with Wisconsin Council on Children and Families says the state should restore cuts made to the Homestead tax credit and Earned Income Tax Credit a couple of years ago

Peacock says much of the billion dollar surplus in the state comes from the excess tax collections because of cuts to the two credits.
