WTC Signs Trane Building Sale
A Trane Company building on La Crosse’s southside has been purchased by
Western Technical College. They needed more room for welding students since a new building is being constructed on campus. Western Tech’s, Mike Pieper says welding is in high demand in western Wisconsin.
Western’s Foundation will purchase the facility, located at 2860 21st Place South, and lease it to the college. The sale will be finalized the end of February.
