Why should the Secretary of State office be closed down in Wisconsin?

Candidate, Julian Bradley blames that notion on the man currently in the chair in Madison, Doug La Folette.

Bradley says since it would take a state wide vote on the matter, he wins and he’s in for at least 4 years.
