Council Committee to Consider Dumping Fees Tonight
There’s no guarantee that the La Crosse city council will agree to mayor Tim Kabat’s plan to dump fees for windows, siding and roof repairs. But Kabat says he thinks public support for the plan will push them in that direction. Kabat just doesn’t believe the fees make anything better in the city
