Judge, Prosecutor Assigned In La Crosse Cop Case

The judge is from Monroe County and the prosecutor is from Jackson County.

Court officials from outside La Crosse are now assigned to the trial of a La Crosse cop accused of threatening his family.  Alan Iverson returns to court this afternoon for a pre-trial hearing.  Sergeant Iverson was arrested last month, after allegedly threatening to kill his wife and kids, and himself, because his wife said she wanted a divorce.  Iverson is charged with making threats to injure, and a domestic abuse count of disorderly conduct.
