Monroe County DA Continues To Investigate Kelsey
The investigation into whether or not state laws were broken by Tomah’s Leroy
Kelsey while running for mayor there enters week number two. We asked Monroe County DA, Kevin Croninger if he’s any closer to a conclusion in the case.
Croninger will ultimately decide whether or not criminal charges will be leveled against Kelsey, who is also a city alderman.
