Study Could Change DOT Road Plans

If the state has $135 million that it wants you to use, you come up with ideas.  And that’s all La Crosse mayor Tim Kabat is looking for as he asks the city council to consider an updated transportation plan for the city.  The state is sitting on $135 million it has earmarked for a north-south road through the city.  But Kabat wants to consider fresh ideas for using the money

The city council votes tonight on whether to back a new city transportation study.
