Humphrey’s Takes County Board Numbers To Voters
Monroe County Board Supervisor, Bruce Humphrey of Sparta has tried and failed twice now to shrink the size of the county board. It currently sits at 24….he would like it to be 16. So Humphrey went out, gathered over 2000 signatures and will now put a bining referendum to the test on April 1st.
Humphrey’s first attempt at the move failed by a 16-7 vote. His second attempt was shot down, 15-7.
