Football and the Packers were hot topics at one event in La Crosse last night, with former Green Bay quarterback and coach Bart Starr in town to speak at the Gateway Boy Scout dinner.

Starr talked with reporters about the glory days under Coach Vince Lombardi, and the leadership skills of current Packer passer Aaron Rodgers. But when he was asked if he had the chance to give advice on the game to the NFL commissioner, Starr declined to suggest advice.

Starr says he would like to see his old Packer teammates Jerry Kramer and Bob Skoronski inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
