Fiery Crash Leaves One Dead In Winona County

A construction truck and a pickup collided this morning near Lewiston, and

one of the drivers is dead. The Minnesota state patrol now reports that at least one of the drivers in the crash on Highway 14 is from Lewiston.  Sources say the pickup caught on fire after the collision, at around 6 a-m.  A portion of 14 between St. Charles and Lewiston was shut down because of the accident, with cars being detoured to I-90 instead.
