Two months ago, Reavon Taylor of La Crosse was charged in central Wisconsin with a woman’s death from a drug overdose.

Taylor has now been bound over for trial in Clark County, and he’s scheduled to plead ‘not guilty’ on April 17th. Monica Cooper was 19 when she died in Neillsville two years ago, after reportedly getting heroin from Taylor. The 27-year-old Taylor officially remains a prisoner of La Crosse County on misdemeanor charges. He’s also believed to have been the intended target in a La Crosse shooting last year, for which another man is waiting to be tried for attempted murder.
