Being named the #1 school in alcohol arrests nationwide is not something UW-L
Chancellor Joe Gow likes to hear. But due to the size of the police force on campus and one major event, he says it’s understandable.
La Crosse got the ranking last week by rehabs dot com and the Huffington Post from U.S. Education Department numbers.
