New Rental Rules are Start for La Crosse

First steps in changing rules for la Crosse rental properties this month.  The city council votes on rule changes that deal with registrations and inspections among other things.  There’s also been talk about putting a limit on the number of single family rental properties, says mayor Tim Kabat

The tweaks to current ordinances have, in part, come from recommendations made by a group put in place while the city’s temporary rental conversion moratorium has been in place. State law changes for rentals have also forced some of the updates.
