Jury Says Tetting Didn’t Kill La Crosse Man

John Tetting Junior did not kill a La Crosse man seven years ago, according

to a Juneau County jury…but he was a party to the death of a second person.

 

The jury in the Tetting trial reached a split decision yesterday.  It ruled that Tetting was not responsible for the shooting death of Joshua Alderman of La Crosse, but he was involved in the shooting of Tabitha Nealy of Wisconsin Rapids.  This was the second trial in connection with the murders of Nealy and Alderman, who were shot in March of 2007.  David Turner of Tomah is now serving prison time for killing both victims, in a dispute involving a drug deal.

 

Tetting said he had only driven Turner to the scene of the crime.
