Stoddard Run Order Lifted

The hard winter has loosened its grip more slowly in some areas than others.  In the village of Stoddard, they’ve just now ended the order to keep a tap running to keep pipes from freezing.  An unprecedented order, says village administrator, Kent Hatlestad

Hatlestad says all of the accrued water charges will be refunded to residents in the village because of the run order.
