Exit 3 Construction Coming

Some road construction coming to La Crosse’s Northside soon.

That’s Rob Winterton with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. He says that part of the $71 million construction package will mainly consist of lane widening in preparation for reconstruction of the interchange, though the 12th Avenue underpass will be closed to vehicle traffic from June 10th through August 22nd, as will the Great River State Trail, for work on the freeway.
