Parking Hearing Should Draw Out Public Opinions

Expect an outpouring of opinion tonight at the first public hearing for proposed parking regulations in La Crosse.  Neighborhood Revitalization Commission chair, Sara Sullivan certainly does.   She just hopes people understand the concepts behind the plans

Among the changes proposed are year-round alternate side parking and permit-only overnight parking on residential streets.
