Overwhelmingly Critical Response to Parking Plan
It’s fair to say there’s some dissatisfaction in the city of La Crosse over proposals to add more restrictions to street parking. Emily Bozek is one of those expressing her displeasure about the proposed new rules at a public hearing on Tuesday night.
