Settlement Reached With La Crosse Police Officer

A separation agreement has been reached between a La Crosse police officer and the city.  City attorney Stephen Matty tells us that a settlement proposal that was submitted to sergeant Alan Iverson a few weeks ago has been signed.  He says the terms of that settlement will not be released for a couple of weeks pending a challenge of the disclosure by Iverson.  Police brass have made it clear that Iverson is not welcome back to the department since getting arrested in a domestic dispute back in February.  He’s been on paid administrative leave since then.
