Mayor Kabat Aligns with Group’s Study on Transit

You don’t have to do much convincing to get la Crosse mayor Tim Kabat to believe that more public transit funding would help his city

Kabat, appearing with a representative from the advocacy group, WISPIRG, on Thursday in city hall.  The group’s new report suggests college graduates are more likely to stay in Wisconsin if more money gets spent on public transit as well as as infrastructure for bikers and pedestrians.
