Don’t Dump Yer Junk

The City of La Crosse is finding that some folks don’t know that taking large

garbage items to the curb is no longer allowed.

Char Wegner with the City Recycling Department says items such as construction material, vehicle parts and tires, hazardous waste, and appliances are being found on the curb. Wegner says leaving these items out on the boulevard or in the alley will not be tolerated and could result in a fine.
