Rental Registry Rules Suspended for Two La Crosse Landlords
Although nothing has been settled in a legal action against La Crosse’s new rental regulations, enforcement is on a hiatus for now for a couple of landlords. Those are the two that are suing the city over the new rental rules, saying they violate state law. Their attorney, Bernardo Cueto would not comment pending a judge’s decision. But he did tell us several days ago that he expects that decision to be a relatively easy one
A decision from judge Scott Horne is expected by July 11th.
