Xcel Already on Clean Path

Wisconsin has a little more work to do than many other states in meeting new emission standards set out by the EPA.  That’s because the state gets more than half of its electricity from coal-fired power plants.  Those are the plants that the fed agency is going after for carbon pollutants.  But, at Xcel energy, Brian Elwood says that energy company is already pushing towards cleaner energy.  Especially from wind and nuclear
